1.  What is Barn Burner Hockey?

• An event, typically a hockey game that is very exciting or intense all the way to the end.
• When one team really out-competes another in a hockey game; a dominating performance with one team highly outscoring the other.

Barn Burner Hockey is a grassroots, Canadian lifestyle brand. First and foremost, we are hockey players ourselves. We worked hard to develop and refine a line of all natural, chemical free hockey products. Our products were created for brand new paperweight rookies, right up to seasoned beer league veterans. 

2.  What all natural products does Barn Burner Hockey offer?

We have 3 hockey products that were developed using ZERO chemicals.  The 4th, our premium stick wax actually contains a non-essential oil, which gives it that beauty smell our customers have come to know and love.  This essential oil is technically considered a chemical.

Premium Stick Wax - The best wax you can feed your tape, hands down! This product is our only product that is not considered all natural due to the wax base and the essential oil used for it's amazing scent.

3. How do you buy Barn Burner products?

We actually offer 3 ways to purchase our products. 

A la carte - buy any quantity of our products or check out our Cherry Picker sample pack to try out any 3 products!

Bundle & Save - purchase one of our pre-packed hockey boxes.  We have 4 different boxes each bundling our products with your selection of Renfrew Pro Hockey tape.  Simply choose a box, customize your tape, and you're all set!

Subscription Plan - We offer membership to an exclusive hockey club providing our 3 different hockey boxes via a subscription program. Our boxes are easily and conveniently setup so our members can choose their box, select the interval they wish to receive their box (monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly) and customize their tape selections.  Each month members can access their player profile to edit their tape selections so they always have what they need on hand to be at the top of their game. 4.  Why is shipping so expensive?

This is an uphill battle for many small businesses in Canada. Unfortunately shipping within Canada comes with some very steep shipping fees.

At Barn Burner Hockey, we work with a vendor that offers a flat rate shipping fee based on your order weight. For example, 1 product will cost the same to ship as 3 products because they fall into the same weight class according to their fee structure. This is why we offer the bundle and save options to entice our customers to order multiples, bringing more value to their order.

Our promise to our you is that we will continue to test and search for new shipping vendors, ensuring that we offer the best options available at all times.

5. Is there a return policy?

100% satisfaction is our promise.  If for any reason you do not like our products, you can send them back, free of charge.  Simply email us at info@barnburnerhockey.ca and include your order number.  One of our team members will connect with you for a quick and convenient return process.
